Projektbeschreibung
- For a Digital R&D we are looking for a passionate, empathic, and innovative „Solution architect“ who wants to play a leading role in the development of digital products.
- A successful candidate will drive the architectural aspects of a portfolio of several mid to large -scale software projects, devise change initiatives on the business and the technology level, and establish plans and blueprints which enable a cross-divisional, cross-departmental, cross-technological setup of teams for successful delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Turning business ideas and requirements into solution strategies for new digital products
- Definition of concepts and blueprints providing constraints and guidelines for platform evolution
- Evolving our holistic digital platform strategy including aspects like TCO, security, organisational dependencies, data privacy, data analytics and continuous learning
- Selection of implementation approaches, elaboration of specifications, evaluation of technologies, screening and briefing of partners, and ensuring the availability of skilled personnel for our projects
- Conducting practical exercises, lectures or on – the job training to communicate and explain your concepts to colleagues, the company and our internal and external cross functional development teams

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
- Several years of relevant working experience within IT, at least 3 years in the required field of
- Solution Architecture or Technical Lead
- Profound software development background with modern programming languages
- Familiar with Java, JavaScript frameworks and ideally experience with Go
- Ability to design scalable and highly available distributed systems including resilience, stability patterns and their application lifecycle specialties on AWS & Kubernetes
- Experience implementing and designing REST APIs with HATEOAS
- Experience with architecture documentation standards, ideally with arc42, is an advantage
- Strong focus on customer value and customer experience
- Knowledge of agile software development and management methods preferably
- Extensive capability to communicate and interact internationally and with various management levels
- Experience with Algolia, a cookie search tool, as well as experience in the domain context: „Search“
- Nice to have experience in https://www.contentful.com
- Business fluent English , German language skills are beneficial
